Lamont Public Utility District

Klassen Corporation was selected as the design builder to partner with Lamont Public Utility District to design and construct the District’s new office building. Our Architecture team strategically worked with the District staff to design a space that filled their current needs, but also allowed for future expansion. The 3,000 square foot building includes individual office spaces, collaborative workspaces, a lobby, two payment windows for the community to utilize, a kitchen, file room, conference room and copy room. The new facility allows for LPUD staff to be under one roof comfortably. Klassen Corporation was also asked to design and construct the renovation for the existing M&O shop adjacent to the new building. The renovated shop holds all maintenance equipment and allows for vehicle repair.
