Grapery Industries

The Grapery Cold Storage Facility is a 103,855 square foot concrete tilt up building that will process table grapes from the field through transportation to the marketplace. The initial construction will provide seven pre-cooler rooms and five larger cold storage rooms. A receiving canopy will accept delivery trucks on one end of the facility and a loading dock on the other end will send out the boxed grapes. The project also includes several offices for on-site staff. Site preparation involves vegetation clearing, constructing temporary fences and gates, general excavation, blasting and site leveling.
