Cuesta College

Between 2018 and 2024, San Luis Obispo County Community College District’s $275 Million Measure L Bond will be funding campus improvement projects across Cuesta College in which Klassen Corporation will be providing Construction Management services.

These projects include San Luis Obispo Aquatics Center, SLO Campus Center Design, SLO Data Center, SLO 1000 & 2000 Complex Renovation & Upgrades, Hollister Adobe Stabilization, North County Campus Parking Lot 10 & Monument, North County Campus Early Childhood Education Center, North County Campus Quad/Courtyard, and District-Wide Asphalt. The location of these projects stretches across both campus locations of Cuesta College, San Luis Obispo Campus North County Campus in Paso Robles, CA.

Of these projects, the most recently completed is the New Aquatics Center Replacement and 1000 Complex ADA Renovation. This project consists of removal and replacement of existing Competition pool and Teaching pool. The new Competition Pool is 50 Meters and holds 773,183 gallons and the Teaching Pool is 25 Yards and holds 71,869 gallons. The pool deck, draining system, starting blocks, and diving boards were all replaced. In addition, a new restroom on the pool deck was added.
