Bakersfield College – Delano

Kern Community College District embarked upon an exciting adventure to develop a new satellite campus located in Delano, California.

Klassen Corporation was chosen to design the school’s master plan, which called for the construction of 12 educational structures. The Co-Laboratory building was the first of these structures to be constructed and Klassen Corporation was pleased to serve as both architect and construction manager on this project.

This building is a dual purpose facility, providing space for both teaching and temporary administrative offices. At 17,000 sq. ft., the Co-Laboratory Building houses classrooms, computer, science, and biology and chemistry labs.
