Artisan Square

Klassen Corporation was commissioned by Artisan Square Investments, LLC to design and construct the on and off-site improvements for the Artisan Square shopping center located on the NW corner of Allen & Brimhall in Bakersfield, CA.

The resulting facility is a 15-acre high end retail shopping center ready for development including four building ready certified building pads (81,246 sq. ft.) and six undeveloped pads (34,714 sq. ft.) for future development. Off-site improvements include: Perimeter sidewalk and landscaping, road improvements, utility connections, new traffic signal (Allen Rd. & Overton St.), and new center median on Allen Rd. & Brimhall Rd.

On-Site improvements include: Storm Drain, Sewer, Fire & Domestic Water, Gas, and Electrical utility infrastructure installation, Earthwork & Grading, Site Lighting, Parking Lot Facilities, Trash Enclosures, Complete Irrigation & Landscape, and Monument Signage.
