The completed 21,300 sf pre-engineered steel structure includes a 13,800 square foot maintenance, repair shop and wash bay, as well as, a 7,500 square foot administration/sales office. Operations at the new facility include maintenance and repair, parts sales and distribution, and a sales showroom to display new equipment. The exterior of the building is smooth faced, folded corner insulated metal panels that creates a clean streamline look due to the lack of trim required between panels. The shop side of the structure includes a 5 ton bridge crane for lifting and moving equipment parts.
