Santa Ynez High School

Klassen recently completed a modernization of the Santa Ynez Valley Union High School. This included 13,452 SF across six buildings, and a complete renovation of a former outdoor theater into a courtyard with planter seating. Interior improvements included new flooring, additive arched windows, storefront and Andersen windows installed, upgraded HVAC systems, architectural woodwork, and new framing with renovated plumbing and electrical. A 1,388 SF dining expansion room was built, utilizing existing covered canopies and pilasters, and adding a concrete subfloor and storefront glazing. Along with the aforementioned planter seating in the courtyard, other improvements included trench drainage, colored concrete flatwork, exterior plaster repairs, and landscaping.
